Paragryn provides a real-time solution, populating and updating all field data at any time throughout the course of a project. Other software populates fields once, without the ability to update fields with ease. 

Paragryn gives you the power to update fields in commonly used documents with new data that replaces the old data at any time across one or multiple documents. You can also easily add fields to your documents at all times during your work on a project.

The Paragryn software is designed for law firms, real estate offices, contract managers and office administrators to automate their document preparation, reduce document errors and increase overall office productivity. 

Anyone that creates multiple versions of the same Word document can save over 75% of their time and eliminate mistakes. By installing Paragryn, users can automatically populate or update commonly edited document fields instead of replacing each field value manually and/or with "Find and Replace".

The Paragryn software will drastically increase the efficiency of anyone who creates new versions of previously saved Word documents by automating the replacement of common fields in those new documents such as names, titles, addresses, contract specs, etc. By assigning updatable template fields to your Word document(s), you can automatically update that data in real-time in any future version of that document as well as correct errors in current and past versions.

You will no longer have to enter the same data across one or multiple documents to be sure that all fields are properly edited. Paragryn automatically updates assigned fields directly from either the Paragryn Word Add-in or from the Paragryn application.

All data that is used by the Paragryn application is saved locally on your desktop and never uploaded to Paragryn’s servers or shared beyond your own environment. 

The Paragryn application does not affect any Word documents that are not assigned to the Paragryn system as a "project" and all project data is stored within your project files and the Paragryn desktop application only. You can uninstall the Paragryn application at any time and all templates can still be opened and edited in MS Word as you would without Paragryn.
