Paragryn Payments & Refunds Policy
All credit and debit payments for the Paragryn software subscription, and for training or templating services are processed securely through Stripe. Your statement will show charges from Paragryn.com.
Refunds
If, for any reason, you feel that the Paragryn software does not meet your needs, you may email us a refund request at support@paragryn.com according to the following Refund Schedule.
Refund Schedule
Monthly Plans:- Current month is refunded 100% and your account will be canceled with no further charge. Previous month(s) are non-refundable.
- If you are enrolled in an annual plan and would like to cancel, your plan will be converted to the monthly subscription rate and any remaining balance between the annual pricing and the corresponding monthly pricing for the remainder of the annual plan period will be fully refunded and your account will be canceled. Previous month(s) are non-refundable.
Please note that we offer a free, 7 day trial of a fully functional copy of the Paragryn application to test-drive the software features prior to purchase. Charges for training and templating services are non-refundable.
